“The Simon Initiative” at the Carnagie Mellon University
Carnegie Mellon has, in the last couple of years, created a university wide set of activities called “The Simon Initiative”, to acknowledge and build upon Herb’s insight that teaching, esp at the university level, should be subjected to the same rigorous, scientific, and public attention that we devote to research.
